San Francisco partner Winston Y. Chan has been appointed to the Sheriff’s Oversight Commission for Marin County, California. Chan, who co-chairs the White Collar Defense & Investigations Practice Group at Gibson Dunn, joins eight other inaugural commissioners on the panel.
